Dr. Inibehe Adesanya ,FCA, FCIT, CPA, CGMA, Ph.D.
Dr. Inibehe(Ini) Adesanya has over 20 years combined U.S. and international work experience.Dr. Ini work experience covers, Conglomerates, Multinationals, and Public Accounting Firms in various countries. Her expertise is in multiple areas of accounting, management consulting, financial consulting, and U.S. and international taxation.She is also an Adjunct Professor teaching tax and accounting. She develops courses and instructs other C.P.A.s in taxation for their C.P.E. credits. Dr. Ini has served as a subject matter expert on individual, business & global tax issues. Over the past decade. Dr. Ini has provided pro bono teaching services to low-income individuals, those in underserved communities, and English as a second language (ESL) learners. She won the Community Advocate Award from the SBDC for excellence in creating content and teaching taxation.
She holds several Tax and Accounting designations, a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance/Accounting Trident at A.I.U.,AZ, U.S.A.(her dissertation was in taxation)

Christopher Umoh, MBA
Christopher (Chris) Umoh has over 40 years of combined experience in accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, management consulting, financial consulting, business plans, and business development.
He has worked in the U.S. and overseas as the lead accountant in the entertainment, government, and education industries, as well as an accounting lecturer. He has also held various positions, where he has led volunteers to the successful completion of projects and held numerous non-profit management roles.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baltimore State University. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD.
